The Two-Day Induction Programme – SHIKAR 2026: Where Ambitions Rise, held on 6th and 7th July 2026, welcomed newly admitted students to Siva Sivani Degree College, Hyderabad. Day 1 was graced by Dr. Sailesh Sampathy, Vice-President & Deputy Chief Executive; Mrs. Deepika Sampathy, Associate Vice-President; Mrs. V. Sarika Raj, Principal; Prof. Vidhyadhar Reddy, Chief Guest; and Dr. Husna Sameera, Guest of Honour. Day 2 was graced by Prof. Patrick Anthony, Chief Guest, and Ms. Geeta Mallikarjun, Guest of Honour, who addressed students on communication, professionalism, leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, and lifelong learning. The programme also included academic orientation, faculty introductions, examination guidance, student clubs and committees, the Anti-Ragging Pledge, and an interactive ice-breaking session, inspiring students to begin their academic journey with confidence, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
