Functions of the Admission Committee
To formulate, review, and implement admission policies, guidelines, eligibility criteria, and timelines in coordination with the Principal, IQAC, and management.
To oversee the admission application process, verify documents, and scrutinize applications for merit and compliance.
To conduct counseling sessions, explain program details, fee structure, scholarships, and career prospects to applicants and parents.
To coordinate seat allotment, fee collection, document submission, and issuance of admission orders/roll numbers.
To handle queries, grievances, and spot admissions (if applicable) during the admission window.
To collaborate with the admission team, office staff, and marketing cell for promotional activities, website updates, and outreach to junior colleges.
To maintain records of admissions, prepare reports on enrollment statistics, and submit required data to Osmania University and regulatory bodies.
