On 19th and 20th September 2025, the college celebrated Bathukamma, the vibrant floral festival of Telangana, with great enthusiasm. Students and faculty came together to create beautiful flower arrangements symbolizing devotion and cultural pride.
The festivities included traditional songs, dances, and the ceremonial immersion of Bathukamma, showcasing the rich heritage of the region. The celebration fostered unity, joy, and a deep appreciation for Telangana’s traditions, making the two‑day event memorable for the entire college community.

On 19th July 2025, our college came alive with vibrant festivities as we celebrated Bonalu, the traditional Telangana festival dedicated to Goddess Mahakali. The event began with devotional songs and a ceremonial offering, where students carried decorated pots symbolizing gratitude and devotion.
The campus was filled with cultural energy—folk dances, rhythmic drum beats, and colorful attire showcased the rich heritage of Telangana. Students and faculty actively participated, making the celebration both spiritual and joyous. The event not only honoured tradition but also strengthened the sense of community within the college.
20th December 2025 | SSDCH
On 20th December 2025, the college campus sparkled with festive joy as students and faculty came together to celebrate Christmas. The event hosted soulful carols and screened a short nativity play, filling the atmosphere with joy and devotion.
The celebration featured vibrant decorations, a beautifully adorned Christmas tree, a star and lively cultural performances. Students showcased their talents through music and dance.
The program concluded with blessings and wishes for peace, harmony, and happiness, making the day memorable for everyone.

The college hosted First Year Frenzy on 7th February 2026, a special get‑together for the First Year students, creating a vibrant platform for bonding and celebration. The event was filled with ice‑breaker activities, fun games, and cultural performances that helped students connect across streams like B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, and BCA.
Faculty and seniors joined in to welcome the freshers, fostering a spirit of inclusivity and camaraderie. The day was marked by laughter, music, and shared experiences, making it a memorable start to the academic journey and strengthening the sense of community within the college.

The college celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi on 28th August 2025 with devotion and grandeur, bringing together students and faculty in a spirit of unity and festivity. The event began with the installation of Lord Ganesha’s idol, followed by traditional puja and chanting, creating a serene and spiritual atmosphere.
Cultural programs including devotional songs, dances, and skits added vibrancy to the celebration. The beautifully decorated campus, along with active student participation, reflected the joy and reverence of the occasion. The celebration concluded with aarti and prayers for wisdom, prosperity, and harmony.
